Thank you for shopping at New Pollution Designs! New items are listed on a weekly basis, so please check back often. It's important to note that everything I make is created by hand. I also pick every aspect of the hat, headband or accessory individually. Nothing will be identical and everything is handled as if to be used for couture purposes.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

I ship via USPS first class mail to the address on the Etsy receipt. If you need me to ship to another address, please let me know in the "notes to seller" section of the invoice within 24 hours. If you would like a tracking number, please don't hesitate to email me.
International Customers:
I do ship outside of the US but may need to calculate shipping for you. If you are interested in a specific item please contact me and I will be happy to calculate shipping cost. I do not guarantee items shipped to foreign countries. If you feel it may be a problem I will add insurance to your order which will be cheaged to you.
Tracking for international shipments are available at an additional $30+; please contact me for an estimate.
All taxes, customs, duties and fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
If an item is lost it is the resposibilty of the buyer to contact their local post office. I will be glad to supply you wuth any additonal information that you might need. To avoid this problem I recommend that you get insurance which will include a tracking number for your purchased item.
If an item is lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed and it is not returned to me by the post office, I will not issue a replacement. Please contact me if you wish to purchase additional insurance for your item.
When your package arrives, you may have to pay additional customs fee for which you are responsible. Please understand that I cannot mark "gift" on the customs form as that is illegal. Thank you for your understanding.

Because I ship using First Class mail and First Class International mail through USPS, arrival times of items usually take 2-5 days for US residents, and 5-15 days for international residents. It may take longer, especially for international customers if customs holds packages. Orders shipping to Italy may take even longer.
PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following length of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date
International: 45 days past shipping date
International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date
Sometimes, a parcel may take a long time to arrive. While this is rare, it can happen. I can not file a "lost" package claim until this amount of time has passed. Most occasions, a seemingly lost package does show up within this time. If a package is lost, you may be asked to complete a form for the claim.
